Some of you may have noticed that over the past six months we have gone from being the ‘Caspersen Group’ to the ‘Caspersen Brothers’. If so, you’re very astute! We’d like to break down the reasons behind our name change and what this means to us. We felt it was due time to update our brand, name and logo included, to reflect who we truly are as a team and a brand we would be proud to be known by to our clients and peers as real estate professionals.
Our Name
If you’re new to our site (welcome!) or just don’t know us very well, we are two close-knit brothers who decided to join forces and go into the real estate business together in the North County San Diego area, specifically Encinitas. It just felt natural, as we’ve been close all of our lives and we both love this area. Although we started out as The Caspersen Group, we recently decided that updating our name to The Caspersen Brothers was a no brainer, as this is how everyone refers to us. Also, we come as a package deal – working side by side to get our clients the results they deserve. We like to think this benefits everyone, as we balance each other out very well, professionally and personally. A yin and yang, if you will. This ensures that we provide the most complete, well-rounded service possible.
Our Logo
When thinking of what we wanted our logo to look like, something that will represent us for years to come, we knew we wanted something clean, modern, and elegant. We liked the idea of the simple, yet powerful wave design — representing that although we are easygoing guys we still have the work ethic and drive to get things done. Similarly, real estate is like a wave, in that there are constant ups and downs that must be managed. The real estate market is ever-changing and it demands someone who can be adaptable for their clients, which is something we pride ourselves on. Moving around most of our lives due to our father’s job, we were forced to learn to adapt quickly and this trait has become second nature to us.

Regardless of the time and effort it takes, our sole focus is on our clients’ ultimate goal of finding a home that they will cherish for years. For us, it is an honor that our clients value and trust in our expertise and professionalism to represent them.
